Delete Agree completely. COM:DW false application of license. The incidental inclusion of a different photo in a free licensed photo - in this case at angle and low res - does not give the original photo the same license as the photo in which a version of it is incidentally included in. I am only holding off on speedy deleting this now because it is in use in multiple projects and was granted "valued image" status (!) per Commons:Valued_image_candidates/José_Alfredo_Jiménez_en_1957.jpg - I wish it had undergone even a cursory look at source and copyright earlier. -- Infrogmation of New Orleans (talk) 20:08, 28 September 2022 (UTC)- Delete Dura lex, sed lex.--Archaeodontosaurus (talk) 05:02, 29 September 2022 (UTC)
