This logo has a unique and complex texture, which is unacceptable to consider as {{PD-text}} at this point. This design easily surpasses the threshold of originality. Taichi (talk) 03:09, 7 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

 Weak keep The File:Cyberpunk 2077 logo.svg was declared not sufficiently original to get copyright, which I would say is far more creative than this. The texture doesn't help much as it isn't very complicated. Maybe the word placement helps a bit, but is it that much better than Cyberpunk? So I wouldn't say easily. But I am not the US copyright office, so... did they rule on it?

 Keep. Grunge texture is not unique enough to make the logo copyrightable. In fact, the US Copyright Office has actually addressed this and stated: "However, the mere use of text effects (including chalk, popup papercraft, neon, beer glass, spooky-fog, and weathered-and-worn), while potentially separable, is de minimis and not sufficient to support a registration".
