- Delete It's clearly Not OK. According to this page, its license is KOGL Type II. It's noncommercial use license. Ox1997cow (talk) 08:18, 21 March 2021 (UTC)
- Delete Photo appears copied off the internet -- would need COM:OTRS permission I think. It appeared here, dated months before the upload here. I think the caption says the photo was provided by the city government. Carl Lindberg (talk) 02:12, 11 April 2021 (UTC)
- Speedy delete as a stolen image per Clindberg. Now removing this case page from FOP category, as this image seems to be grabbed from the Internet. If there's the need to obtain original image from the city government (perhaps using "KOGL" licensing), then fine, but take note there is no commercial FOP in SoKor for architecture and sculptures by still-living or recently-dead artists and architects.
