Would need to know when the architects died. As this is a WW I memorial opened in the 1930s, it is possible that they're dead for more than 70 years now. --PaterMcFly (talk) 10:48, 22 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Possible, but not confirmed. Details would be required to keep the image. --Grcampbell (talk) 18:50, 22 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hm. This is a picture of the entire cemetery, not just the building. That may qualify it as an accessory to the main subject -- French courts have ruled that way, even when the building is prominent. Carl Lindberg (talk) 14:18, 23 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Keep Indeed the building is quite old now, and anyway there is a de minimis case, with the cemetery in the foreground. Jeriby (talk) 23:09, 23 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

  •  Keep, I use my previous argument: even the building is not in public domain with the architect dead in 1978, the picture is a general overview of the cemeterry, with the building in background. Then it can be a case of De Minimis and the file can be renamed if needed to reflect the fact that we see the whole cemeterry and not only the building. We can notice that the previous deletion request has been already closed with the De Minimis reason. Jeriby (talk) 15:40, 6 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Keep De Minimis too. --Pline (talk) 15:49, 6 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Kept. Do not reopen a DR without valid arguments. Yann (talk) 11:01, 7 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
