Keep Size and usage are not criterias for deletion, if it were the case, most images would be deleted in Commons as they are not used. The Commons:Deletion policy states that: deletion is for copyright issues, out-of-scope images and maintenance issues such as duplicates or bad quality. None of those criterias apply here. Delete: It is really small, especially the size is less than 500x500. We have similar cases in Commons, and the file was deleted. --219.78.190.50 03:25, 15 September 2019 (UTC)
