  • Hi! I am the author as well as the uploader of this image. At the time of this work that I photographed at a convenient store in 2006 Taiwan, I was not familiar with the derivative work rule here. So it is reasonable to delete this image if it's considered a derivative work. Please also review an image of the same situation by the way: File:Vanilla Coke Wiki.jpg. --KasugaHuang (talk) 10:59, 30 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Comment Not the same situation: the Coca Cola logo is in the public domain. Regards, Yann (talk) 20:36, 5 April 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • Okay, I see. Thanks for explanation. I have two issues to discuss:
  1. I would like to know, by the way, is there any tool that I can transfer this image back to Wikipedia of a specific language using fair use? If none, I might have to reupload the site I mentioned.
  2. The trademark of HeySong Corporation was designed and used since 1931. Yet related copyright law in Taiwan has to be verified. Related images of HeySong products may face the same problem as mine, like File:Sarsaparilla.JPG.
