Uploader cant be the photographer. No evidence that uploader owns copyright. File was transferred from de.wp while there beeing in copyright-review without new information. Quedel (talk) 20:07, 19 January 2023 (UTC)
- Keep The file was fixed to author=anonymous. You can fix noob errors yourself and save everyone's time. --RAN (talk) 00:42, 21 January 2023 (UTC)
- "unknown photographer" isn't the same as "anonymous"! For PD-EU-anonymous there must be a publication more than 70 years ago (and it have to be publiced by author anonymous, not only beeing unnamed used). No publication credited. --Quedel (talk) 21:42, 24 January 2023 (UTC)
- Unknown photographers can be determined to be anonymous if reasonable evidence is obtained that the name was not included with publication. I would say that superficial qualities of the image make it appear to have been published, but more information might be needed to support the claim of anonymity. - No publication known, no evidence that the name wasn't given on any known duplicates or envelopes or similiar. I asked the uploader for this information, but nothings for this details came from him. --Quedel (talk) 10:44, 8 February 2023 (UTC)
