Located in Latvia, their FOP is only for non-commercial. Not OK on commons. MacMed (talk) 17:11, 13 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The FOP restriction applies for the building on the picture. But the architect of the building can not claim any rights anymore: the building is too old. Fransvannes (talk) 18:08, 13 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Comment: The question is what year was this church built? When you uploaded some manors in Latvia, I found that they were built in the 18th or early 19th century, so FOP doesn't apply since the architect would have been dead for 70 years. But in anonymous cases of minor churches like this, I marked a few you uploaded on good faith...that they were really old. I hope that you, Fransvannes, are right here. Because if they are not pre-20th century churches, then they should be deleted...and I would have no problem here having my flickrpass reverted. --Leoboudv (talk) 06:35, 14 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]
