Delete These are common illegally sprayed advertisements in China. The content are usually illegal, such as unlicensed vehicle, false medical advertisements, false documents. and so on. There is almost nothing educational. —Larryasou (talk) 08:03, 20 May 2020 (UTC)
Kept: no valid reason for deletion: many Grafittis are illegal, nevertheless they are part of the respective (sub)culture and therefore belong to our society. --Emha (talk) 08:47, 9 July 2020 (UTC)
