This file was initially tagged by AntonierCH as Copyvio (copyvio) and the most recent rationale was: The logo of the Women March, the flyers, the homemade (or not) posters, the t-shirts, etc. are copyrighted material and a permission ***IS*** necessary if they are the main subject. Also, Commons:De minimis doesn't seem to exist in Switzerland and the copyrighted material in the tagged file could not be considered as de minimis. FOP exists in Switzerland but only applies to permanent representations. Please stop uploading copyrighted material. No reason for speedy deletion. Deleted out of process. - I did not realize this could not possibly be uploaded as the image was out in the street. I thought if an artwork is exposed and visible from the street it could be photographed as there is Liberty of panorame in Switzerland. This was taken outside, rue de la Servette at a tram stop.--Nattes à chat (talk)
