ย Keep: Similar image File:Abimael_Guzmรกn_Sendero_Luminoso.jpg#Licensing has a message box saying that that image is in the public domain in Peru (where this photograph was originally taken) because it was created by the Shining Path, which is designated as a terrorist group in Peru. I have adjusted the licensing disclosure on the nominated file because it's clearly not "own work". aismallard (talk) 20:53, 11 April 2022 (UTC)
