Note that the first row is one image while the second row is five separate images, set using wiki markup. The debate was whether they were the same for copyright purposes.
Note also that the first row can be thumbnailed or resized very easily, while the second would require recalculating the sizes, which is a nuisance at best, taking significant trial and error.
