No evidence of consent release. Current flickr page defunct. No record on OTRS. Avi (talk) 21:32, 1 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Comment Some hundred German flickr-uploaders have left this site, because they are all banned - as Germans - from the adult section. Probably this applies to some more nations. Leaving flickr means nothing nowadays. 78.51.42.37 00:04, 2 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
DeleteNo OTRS, not used on any wikimedia project, no author, questionable flickr review by bot, no educational advantage over other available photos. -- smial (talk) 10:02, 2 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Delete I have been unable to verify OTRS, and as there's no way to verify the image anymore, it should be deleted. --David Fuchs (talk) 14:34, 2 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Comment It was reviewed by FlickreviewR admin link. On 5 dic 2008 it was at flickr with a cc-by-2.0 license. Platonides (talk) 10:13, 3 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Delete Note that the subject and author were listed as the same. The suggestive pose makes it to porn-ish for use in articles, IMO. (I can't check usage right now because CheckUsage is down.) Whatever is the case, "Unknown" is simply wrong for cc-by-2.0. Rocket000 (talk) 16:15, 4 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
So that fact that the license require attribution yet it's "Unknown" isn't a valid reason? Think about that. Rocket000 (talk) 09:05, 8 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I didn't say that. I just saw no reason to believe there was a copyright problem. --TwoWings * to talk or not to talk... 06:53, 12 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
