DeleteI have read the Google translation of the article at Otto-Leege-Pfad, where this object is located, and it is not clear to me whether the path qualifies as "public" within the meaning of § 59 UrhG. .     Jim . . . . (Jameslwoodward) (talk to me) 15:39, 6 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
@Jameslwoodward: the pictured sign together with the singing bowl (a permanent installation, as part of the Otto-Leege-Pfad) is located at a 24/7 freely accessible public footpath through the dunes on the German island of Juist (see path photo, bowl location in the background). In addition, these dunes are part of the Lower Saxon Wadden Sea National Park ("free landscape"). FoP is clearly applicable. Holger1959 (talk) 03:06, 7 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Keep IMO the path is public. No fee, no fences, all objects permanent. The whole path is an artwork (in german "Gesamtkunstwerk"). But I am not sure. See [1] --XRay talk 07:26, 7 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Keep Public path. No gates, no fences, no fees, not private ground, BTST. The sign is permanently installed, so {{FoP-Germany}} is applicable. --Smial (talk) 08:06, 7 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Keep Seems to be a clear case of {{FoP-Germany}}. Sebari – aka Srittau (talk) 10:09, 7 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
 Keep Definitely {{FoP-Germany}}. NNW 10:52, 7 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
