Despite the watermark, the file is still shared by Fars News under Creative Commons license. Fars News may have received the right to share the image under Creative Commons license. No evidence show that Fars News hasn't received that right. The image shared by Fars News is not the same as the one shared on imamedia.org ([1]). Fars News is lower resolution shared under Creative Commons license. There is no explicit mention of a Creative Commons license for the high resolution image. Hosortyr (talk) 10:49, 18 September 2022 (UTC)

That could be the case if they had a high-resolution with their own watermark or at least without another website's watermark. This seems to be Commons:License laundering. HeminKurdistan (talk) 16:52, 20 September 2022 (UTC)
