Unused, out of scope. – Illegitimate Barrister (talkcontribs), 16:23, 6 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Delete. Fictitious historical flag. The underlying South African flag is also called the "Apartheid Flag", and is illegal to display in South Africa nowadays; I suspect that combining it with the Gay Pride flag is an attempt to be provocative, rather than an attempt to represent a symbol which is or was actually used.
I'm also nominating these variants uploaded by the same user, as all the same arguments apply to them as well:

@Illegitimate Barrister: @Omphalographer: @OwenBlacker: I honestly agree that these should be deleted, i didn't really like the LGBT Apartheid flags because it's like creating LGBT Confederate and Nazi flags, doing this seems really provocative. ColorfulSmoke (talk) 17:10, 8 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I have the same gut reaction. I think it's plausible that they might have been created in good faith but — as with the Nazi and Confederate flags, the flat of Apartheid South Africa is inescapably associated with an irredeemable regime — and, importantly, is not realistically useful for an educational purpose. To quote COM:NOTUSED, with my emphasis,

Preexisting designs and symbols that are or have been associated with nationalistic, religious or racist causes are not out of scope solely because they may cause offence. Provided they are legal to host and otherwise fall within Commons scope (e.g. if they could for example be used to illustrate a Wikipedia article on a hate group), they should be kept.

I don't think these 3 flags are useful for any plausible purpose. These are files for DeviantArt, not Commons. — OwenBlacker (talk; please ping me in replies) 21:09, 8 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Illegitimate Barrister: @Omphalographer: @OwenBlacker: Speaking of LGBT Confederate flags, someone actually uploaded one on 22 November 2012, which isn't being used on any wiki. ColorfulSmoke (talk) 21:45, 8 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Illegitimate Barrister: @Omphalographer: @OwenBlacker: These flags seems like something that belongs to r/vexillologycirclejerk on reddit, which is a subreddit of flag parodies. These four should be deleted because this is wikimedia commons, not r/vexillologycirclejerk.

I've just listed File:Confederate LGBT Flag.svg for deletion on the same basis. — OwenBlacker (talk) 14:41, 10 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
