Comment: I don't see why a "stylised human body" should not be copyrightable since it is not by any stretch of the imagination a simple shape. In any case, the photograph is of much more than a picture of a human body, as the picture is also of an adjustable gastric band. — Cheers, JackLee –talk– 14:28, 11 January 2012 (UTC)
