No freedom of panorama in Georgia A1Cafel (talk) 03:30, 27 October 2023 (UTC)
- None of the posters are whole, every one of them is torn apart and therefore not "whole". Therefore this non-freedom of panorama for this "poster" does not apply. This photo should not be deleted. Ertly (talk) 06:53, 27 October 2023 (UTC)
- Delete I disagree. The standard is COM:De minimis. This is not a case of de minimis. -- Ikan Kekek (talk) 07:12, 27 October 2023 (UTC)
- Delete I agree with Ikan Kekek disagreement. If it were de minimis the file wouldn't have the name "Bush poster in Tbilis" and blurring the posters wouldn't render the image useless. Günther Frager (talk) 14:21, 27 October 2023 (UTC)
- Delete Per reverse image search, photo of Bush is Corbis/Getty stock photo, not PD. COM:DW. -- Infrogmation of New Orleans (talk) 16:17, 27 October 2023 (UTC)
