I am Dorothy Howard, the woman depicted in this photo. I did not consent to this photo taken, nor did I grant consent for it to be released on Commons. Hexatekin (talk) 08:56, 8 February 2018 (UTC)
- @Hexatekin: This looks like the stage of a public event. Is there a expectation of no photographs taken in such a situation? I’m usually all for courtesy deletions and protection of privacy and personality rights, but I cannot see how there’s a case here for a successful deletion request, not even as courtesy, let alone on a legal basis, as you seem to be expecting. -- Tuválkin ✉ ✇ 11:35, 8 February 2018 (UTC)
- Comment Dear @Hexatekin: | Dorothy Howard, I have no problems to delete these kind of photographs, however, back in 2015 GLAM conference and at the registration desk, you did choose a grey lanyard, not the red one. A grey lanyard allows photographers to take photos and upload them on Wikimedia Commons.--— D Y O L F 77[Talk] 13:52, 8 February 2018 (UTC)
