There is a (minor) issue with all the files coming from Narendra Modi's Flickr account. They have his name as the author but he is the subject of the photographs most of the times. If the photographer is a Government of India employee, this becomes a Government of India work which is not copyright free for 60 years from publication date (by Indian law). The copyrights do not belong to the photographer or the Prime Minister for them to release the work under a CC license. If it is a personal employee, we need some clarification/OTRS/confirmation.
