Of course there's no educational use, especially given the fact that this flag is fictional... But I really can't see what's the point about this flag being deleted; is there something wrong with it ? If it's the case, then you/we should do the same with every flag in this category or do the same with the File:Flag of Japanese Macedonia.svg, which is quite the same with this one, with the only difference being the country change (France-->Japan)...
