Theodor Innitzer died in 1955. This cannot be {{PD-old}} before 2026. Ankry (talk) 20:13, 9 February 2018 (UTC)
- This document is the official position of the Roman Catholic Church of Austria regarding the Anschluss. The document is in PD. This document has 80 old year. Maybe {{PD-Austria}} (Published simple photographs published prior to 1968) - John Belushi (talk) 05:45, 10 February 2018 (UTC)
- I've not reviewed the matter in detail but I wouldn't take for granted that Innitzer held a copyright on this document. Articles 7 and 43 of the Austrian law seem rather broad.[1] --Nemo 08:52, 10 February 2018 (UTC)
- Art. 43 does not allow derivative works. And {{PD-Austria}} is no-op here as this is a text (2D copy of original document), not a photo. If Art. 7 is found to be aplicable here, {{PD-AustrianGov}} should apply. Ankry (talk) 17:06, 12 February 2018 (UTC)
- this is scan, there is no reason to delete - John Belushi (talk) 07:31, 13 February 2018 (UTC)
Deleted: {{PD-Austria}} cannot apply because this is, in copyright law terms, a "literary work", not a photograph. {{PD-AustrianGov}} does not apply, because the RC Church is not part of the Austrian Government. I see no reason why this document will not be under copyright until 70 years after the death of the last surviving author. . Jim . . . (Jameslwoodward) (talk to me) 11:41, 16 February 2018 (UTC)
