Keep Photograph made in Afghanistan in 2015, by a person standing by during the murder. Afghanistan Copyright law doesn't seem to have a clause for photographs made by unidentified photographers, contrary to what par. 3.9 (Anonymous work) seems to suggest. Kept: as per above. --Yann (talk) 13:29, 11 March 2018 (UTC)[reply]

The file is a screenshot taken from an Afghan video published in 2015, in which it was kept on the claim that Afghan Copyright Law doesn't protect anonymous photographers. However, it is clear that per COM:Afghanistan and WIPO's translation of the Copyright Law (Art. 16(1), paras. 5-6), audiovisual works and photographs were protected for 50 years since their publication, and I don't find any provisions supporting Vysotsky's claim.

It should be noted that an anonymous author doesn't mean that it is copyright-free, and based on my arguments, the file is not in Afghan public domain. Without proper permission, the file should be deleted. 廣九直通車 (talk) 02:31, 29 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@Vysotsky and Yann: Notifying previous nominator (keep proponent) and closing administrator.廣九直通車 (talk) 02:32, 29 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: per nomination, as neither Vysotsky nor Yann seem to have any objections. holly {chat} 18:03, 2 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
