I don't think the permission is enough. "Use it for general public and Wiki" and "public use and Wikipedia" are not sufficient for us. The copyright holder has to send a permission via COM:OTRS, or mention clearly a free license. Yann (talk) 09:32, 30 June 2018 (UTC)
Delete No license like CC BY SA 3.0 is given. The permission is too bague. --Leoboudv (talk) 18:21, 30 June 2018 (UTC)- It says now "The photo is free license in order for it to be included in any Wikimedia projects". I would say this is sufficient.--Ymblanter (talk) 18:47, 7 July 2018 (UTC)
Keep Now says "We the copyright holder of these images allow anyone to use it for general public and Wiki". (emphasis my own) Anarchyte (work | talk) 14:11, 27 July 2018 (UTC)
Comment In my opinion, this is no more than a PDM at best. It is certainly not CC0 unless it explicitly says so. Mentioning Wikipedia also means nothing (we don't accept for Wikipedia type releases) and the "for general public" is not a copyright license. --Majora (talk) 00:05, 7 August 2018 (UTC)
