This file was initially tagged by Wikiwerner as Copyvio (Copyvio) and the most recent rationale was: http://pfl.ua/teams/70-arsenalkiev User claiming PD, Note image was deleted before File:Arsenal Kyiv.png Ronhjones  (Talk) 18:44, 9 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

According to Ukrainian legislation that logo is free for using and this work is in the public domain, so there is no ground to delete this file. Hence it is assumed that this image has been released into the public domain worldwide. --Динамо-фан (talk) 14:19, 11 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Part 6 of Art. 16 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Rights to Trademarks for Goods and Services" lists cases where the exclusive right of the proprietor of a trade mark certificate does not apply to prohibit its use. Such cases include, among other things, the non-commercial use of the mark, as well as the use of the trademark in all forms of news announcements and news commentaries. From this it can be concluded that if a trademark is used by an information resource without the purpose of conducting commercial activities in the field of similar or related products (services) for which this trademark is used / registered by its legal owners, in accordance with the current legislation this should not be considered a violation of the rights of the owner of the certificate on the sign. But our license allows commercial re-use of everything on Commons. Wikiwerner (talk) 20:11, 12 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Give me please an example of commercial re-use of the FC logo. Динамо-фан (talk) 15:13, 13 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
That does not matter. It matters that anyone can re-use the file for commercial purposes, without the creator being able to prohibit it, because the file is on Commons, which allows commercial re-use. So we must delete the file. Wikiwerner (talk) 17:39, 14 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
So why, for example, File:Емблема ФК Шахтар Донецьк (1997-2007).png is on Commons? --Динамо-фан (talk) 18:56, 14 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Kept: {{PD-UA-exempt}}. --Well-Informed Optimist (talk) 18:45, 15 October 2018 (UTC)[reply]

This file was initially tagged by Glorious 93 as Copyvio (copyvio) and the most recent rationale was: Wrong license and logo still under copyrights. See 2nd DR at Commons:Deletion requests/File:FC Arsenal-Kyivshchyna Bila Tserkva Logo.png  JGHowes  talk 00:48, 19 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Delete In addition to what JGHowes said previously, before marking all those files for deletion I personally checked what was said in the Ukrainian licensing template from which I found out that all of those logos are not part of any of the total of six cases that are listed there. As a result, those files, at least in my humble opinion, can't remain any longer on Wikimedia Commons.--Glorious 93 (talk) 07:23, 19 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
