Arguably de minimis; the image is documenting the city of Nyíregyháza being part of the Earth Hour movement, the logo is incidental. Also, it's probably free at least under Hungarian law, as freedom of panorama applies to fine art erected "with a permanent character outdoors in a public place". --Tgr (talk) 23:10, 25 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]
