This is an original work and not in the claimed source (The World Factbook). The source material is publicly searchable at cia.gov and this map is not part of their data. CIA does not label regional cuts of countries in Europe. 170.74.231.21 16:33, 17 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The map is based on en:The World Factbook. It's conterpart is File:Europe subregion map UN geoscheme.svg. --Kolja21 (talk) 22:16, 17 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
The map itself is not in the Factbook, but all the information is. This is a graphical illustration of the Factbook's labelling of the states of Europe. If such an illustration is not admissable, most of the maps in Commons would have to be removed. --TU-nor (talk) 16:50, 19 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
