That's different rational than "I did not applaud this pianist," but it's undetermined. The image doesn't pop up in searches. It's (as of right now) not used in any article. The uploader appears to be the subject. Could be the photo was taken with a timer or remote (it's slightly out of focus), but lack of EXIF info makes that hard to know. The caption is promotional.
