That image is part of the "Enrique Tarrio For U.S. Congress" campaign. The image has its historical value and the flag in question is used politically by Tarrio as seen in these photos:

That image is part of the "Enrique Tarrio For U.S. Congress" campaign How do you know this? We just had an RFC on removing it from EnWiki for a variety of reasons, including that the flag is photoshopped into the background. I looked through the images on your links but didn't see this image, or any from the same photoshoot, among them. Feoffer (talk) 04:26, 13 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]
