- Hello, the billboard is for a public organization, the city hall of a city. It is not a commercial billboard. The photograph picks up the billboard but places and locates it in the area of the city. It is not a photo cropped from the poster and it is not a commercial message so I believe that it does not imply any questioning of the ownership of the rights of the poster. In any case if photographs are admitted in which posters appear. I would like to know what is the size of the sign in relation to the photograph to be acceptable. Sorry for my english. Greetings.
