No FoP in UAE. The Burj Al-Arab is now become too prominent that fails de minimis A1Cafel (talk) 03:41, 6 September 2022 (UTC)
- Leaning towards Delete: the de minimis claim has been dispelled by its use in an article of Dubai (edit by Lacipetom (talk · contribs)), captioned specifically as Burj al-Arab. Hence there is a chance for this photo to represent the copyrighted architectural work. It is also the only significant element of the photo; no other taller buildings are seen here except the dull desert. Since Dubai kingdom has no clear de minimis jurisprudence or clause in its law, the triviality concept can be applied. In this case, the Burj is not trivial or unimportant element.
