Keep now A1Cafel The uploader typed in a wrong source. He/She typed in https://www.flickr.com/photos/tamaleaver/39076291400/i INSTEAD OF https://www.flickr.com/photos/tamaleaver/39076291400/ which I did and found the source with the freely licensed photo. I corrected the sourced and ordered a new {{Flickrreview}} I passed the image after the flickr review bot placed this photo in the human review category. The uploader, I notice, has the habit of never gives a web link back to the author. I did so here. Best, --Leoboudv (talk) 04:24, 5 January 2020 (UTC)- Keep per Leoboudv. However, I'm mildly concerned that the image on Flickr and here are not bit-for-bit identical - Leoboudv, when you uploaded the full-size version, it looks like some of the EXIF may have been stripped? --Alex Cohn (talk) 17:35, 5 January 2020 (UTC)
Comment: Its possible but the camera metadata is still there and sometimes the flickr bot doesn't always pass such identical sized images. Best, --Leoboudv (talk) 19:47, 5 January 2020 (UTC)
