It is extremely unlikely that this photograph from 1940 is the uploader's own work. Even if the uploader were to have taken this photo when they were 15 years old, that would indicate that they were born in 1925 and are almost 100 years old today. Since that renders the source and copyright status of the image unknown, it cannot be kept without clarification of what that actually is. Seraphimblade (talk) 17:06, 14 June 2023 (UTC)

- Wp20151110, "own work" means that you were the photographer. If you received permission to license it as listed there, that should be confirmed via VRT by the family, if they currently hold the copyright. Seraphimblade (talk) 18:38, 2 September 2023 (UTC)
Keep Keep but fix the description. This is a "1940 unknown photographer", not "own work". But that's acceptable in the UK. Canada too, for pre-1949, use {{PD-Canada}} Andy Dingley (talk) 01:22, 23 October 2023 (UTC)
