Photo courtesy of the Blue House, not from the US Federal Government, thus the PD license in invalid A1Cafel (talk) 02:17, 17 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Added PD-KoreaGov tag, since Blue House was the was Executive residence owned by the Korean government and this photo was provided for use by the the US State Department to be publicly placed on Flickr under the their license. Thanks, -- Ooligan (talk) 21:16, 23 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I don't think this photo fulfills criteria #5 Current news reports which transmit simple facts, and digital audio transmission. --A1Cafel (talk) 04:44, 24 October 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Delete Agree with nominator. [Courtesy of the Blue House] makes it clear that it is not a US government work, and the link placed on the Flickr license page especially advises that others may have rights to the content. Felix QW (talk) 20:22, 1 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
The photo file name give by the U. S. State Department is "Deputy Secretary Sherman Meets With ROK President Moon" - that was "current news" and is why this photo was released on the State Departments Flickr account to the worldwide public. This photo is a prime example of fulfilling "criteria #5" as at that time, "current news." Ooligan (talk) 16:17, 9 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: #5 says nothing about photographs, which are not "simple news reports". And "Courtesy of Blue House" does not say that the photo is the work of the ROK, just that they supplied it. .     Jim . . . (Jameslwoodward) (talk to me) 22:08, 6 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
