No FoP for 2D works in Japan A1Cafel (talk) 05:10, 6 June 2024 (UTC)
- @A1Cafel: In terms of legal consistency, we believe that the MRITT's interpretation of the exclusion of copyright for road signs is appropriate—more specifically, if we could interpret this deer-warning sign as an artistic work, the exclusion rule of Copyright law of Japan (article 45-2 and article 46) should be applied, due to its permanent installation in an open space in a public park by a local government. --Clusternote (talk) 06:50, 6 June 2024 (UTC)
- Keep for the above reason --Clusternote (talk) 09:35, 6 June 2024 (UTC)
Kept: per discussion. --Infrogmation of New Orleans (talk) 03:10, 18 June 2024 (UTC)
