Opting for regular DR rather than speedy because this is currently nominated at FPC.

According to the EXIF data embedded in this file, the copyright holder is not en:Daniel A. Portnoy (the subject) but "Mark Joseph Hanson and the Regents of the University of California" (the former being the Author). The usage terms in the EXIF data further state clearly (my emphasis): "Available for noncommercial use within the UC system. Credit mandatory. No resales, no third-party use without permission of the photographer. Higher resolution versions may be available upon request--contact the University of California Department of Molecular and Cell Biology". We need a written permission from the copyright holder (see COM:OTRS]]), otherwise we cannot keep this.
