谢谢Painjet。中国著作权法第22条确实说，在公共场所对艺术作品进行摄影后发表要提供作者名称和作品名称才不侵犯作者的权利。

• 第二十二条 在下列情况下使用作品，可以不经著作权人许可，不向其支付报酬，但应当指明作者姓名、作品名称，并且不得侵犯著作权人依 照本法享有的其他权利：……
• (十)对设置或者陈列在室外公共场所的艺术作品进行临摹、绘画、摄 影、录像；……

如果认为车站设计属于艺术作品，则Jim说的有道理。幸好从这篇新闻报道中，我们可以得知车站设计的作者是“湖北美院文化发展有限公司”，作品名称是“铁铸军魂”。希望把这些信息加上后，他们会不再提删。
