@SecretName101-
Please, provide a link where the, "Justice Department says photo was taken before search by FBI"
If the Federal Bureau of Investigation (an FBI agent/ photographer) took this photo in performance of their duties, then it is still public domain. -- Ooligan (talk) 19:01, 10 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

How the photograph was taken is not relevant since the photo was included within the indictment. The indictment itself was prepared by the US Department of Justice. It is on page 10. File:US v Trump-Nauta 23-80101.pdf Cutting and pasting from the indictment is valid. 2601:408:8000:3570:9859:4B94:910C:2DEC 02:27, 11 June 2023 (UTC)2601:408:8000:3570:9859:4B94:910C:2DEC 02:30, 11 June 2023 (UTC) Pbmaise (talk) 02:34, 11 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

 Comment It should be noted that the source document (the indictment) does contain photos that were sent around by Trump employees (pages 14 and 18, although it doesn't specifically say who took the photos). This photo of the ballroom on page 10 doesn't say when the photo was taken or by who. But it does say the photo depicts how the boxes were stacked from January through March 15, 2021, which is before the August 8, 2022 FBI search --Riley AJ (talk) 05:11, 13 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
