Risk of copyright violation, the uploader may not be the photographer. This is the subject's Twitter profile image.[1] It appears in a news report dated before the upload to Commons.[2] Appears in another news report attributed to "Gomantak Digital Team".[3] This has the appearance of an official portrait of this politician. The metadata indicates a Sony ILCE-7M3 camera (Sony α7 III), a mid-to-high-end DSLR which does not appear to have been used for other files from this user. This is absolutely not an official portrait of the subject. Government of Goa doesn't use that background colour for their elected representatives, you can find their portraits available on their website. Also I use different cameras and not only stick to one to keep uploading different files here. Rejoy2003(talk) 08:16, 26 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
