Comment The uploader informed me that the image originally comes from http://www.prevale.net/gallery.html, which appears to have a CC license and seems to be legit. Ytoyoda (talk) 16:52, 19 March 2020 (UTC)
Deleted: Multitude of reasons, including COM:CSD and COM:PRP, certain of which are as follows:
- This is a recreation of content deleted per community consensus (G4)--see, at least, File:Carlo Prevale - 2016.png--and thus needs to be presented at UDR if there is new evidence it is free;
- http://www.prevale.net/gallery.html says both "All content on this page is distributed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported license" and " Copyright © 2016 Prevale.Net All Rights Reserved"--these are mutually exclusive statements that must be reconciled;
- That website purports to belong to (thus be controlled by) the subject and thus representations there are subject to COM:LL concerns; copyright would belong to the photographer and evidence of a formal transfer would be needed (this changes if a selfie, but that clarification would be needed); and
- While technical details are stale, the particular images this user has uploaded are serendipitously the ones that were a primary focus of socks Kodymix and Lamanudamilano; it is thus not unlikely this user is another sock (i.e., an addition layer of doubt should apply to all statements and representations). --Эlcobbola talk 14:44, 20 March 2020 (UTC)
