  •  Keep, it appears photographer Scott Heavey got paid at least twice for publishing rights for this photo.   — Jeff G. please ping or talk to me 03:00, 18 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
  •  Comment Unless the OTRS ticket for this file is deemed invalid for any reason, I don't see any reason why this file can't be kept. However, since OTRS tickets are only visible to OTRS volunteers, I asked about this at COM:OTRSN#Commons:Deletion requests/File:Bryan Miller.jpg. So, perhaps some other OTRS volunteers besides Jeff G. will help sort this out. The photo seems to come from here and the {{Permission OTRS}} template added to the file's page by another OTRS volunteer named Krd seems to indicate that the copyright holder (who I'm assuming is Scott Heavey) gave his COM:CONSENT to upload the file to Commons. If the copyright holder also entered into a separate agreement with en:Getty Images regarding the photo, then that might be something that Getty and the copyright holder need to resolve between themselves. -- Marchjuly (talk) 05:16, 18 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
