Keep The billboard as a whole is not an artistic work, and any of the individual works are de minimis. In Finland even de minimis is not required, it is enough that the work is not the main motive of the photo. –LPfi (talk) 19:09, 7 December 2021 (UTC)

Deleted: I believe the main focus of this image is the billboard. Not the car, not the sidewalk, it's the billboard. Better to be safe than sorry.
