There's no freedom of panorama for 2D works of art such a murals in the US per COM:FOP United States which means the copyright of photgraphed mural needs to be given consideration and Commons can only keep this image if the mural itself is either within the public domain or can be shown to have been released under a free license by its copyright holder. -- Marchjuly (talk) 06:23, 13 August 2024 (UTC)
