Renominating this photograph of a sculptural work per discussion at COM:UDR#/Current requests#File:Bench monument on Latin Bridge, Sarajevo.jpg. It is customary to interpret "literature, science and art" in a very wide sense (here is a link for Slovenia, I don't believe this is differently in BiH, as the copyright in the two countries stems from the same tradition). Until the uploader proves with a reliable source that the depicted object doesn't qualify as art or that the sculptor died more than 70 years ago, I don't see a good reason to keep this file.
