    •  Keep, Look, I asked the guy if i could use his footage for creative commons, you didnt allow the first thing i said so i sent him another question, he said it was okay, he told me it was footage and I thought i was given the "ok".

"To think" something is OK don´t mean "to know" something is OK...Commons needs a clear "to know".--D.W. (talk) 00:02, 6 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
I'm sorry, I don't know what your saying. Explain more? Cowik (talk) 02:07, 6 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
He has a image of him and the owner of the video talking about using the video in his permission, what other proof do you need? 207.6.34.122 01:41, 8 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
We need correct permission, not some unconfirmable claim, this footage has been lifted from some news channel and unofficially uploaded to the Internet and now uploaded here, with some weak claim that the person that uploaded it to the Internet owns the copyright. Also please sign into your account and comment and multiple votes are against policy. Off2riorob (talk) 19:04, 9 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks, Off2riorob, I not considered so far that even the author information is wrong, but yeah, it is most likely wrong. The youtube uploader is "spreading some videos about the libyan people's current uprising" - not his own videos. Therefore we have a wrong author information here and a insufficient permission from someone who is not the copyright holder. --Martin H. (talk) 23:05, 9 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
...not the copyright holder but only spreading videos, something that not only ibnomar2005 is doing but also TelLieVision2 (March 2), MeddiTV (March 2), duudeabidez & realhistory100 (March 3) among many others. --Martin H. (talk) 21:24, 10 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
