Keep I (Horst Reinelt) am the owner of http://www.mpics.de/ and have uploaded the ogg file. Only the source pictures are copyrighted, not the compilation File:BMW_Welt_construction_VGA.ogg, which is available on Wikimedia Commons. --Horemu (talk) 17:02, 15 May 2010 (UTC)

Question Horemu, are you saying the still shots in this video are copyrighted? Doesn't that make the video a derivative work? Wknight94 talk 10:37, 29 June 2010 (UTC)
Delete FOP in Germany does not allow photographs from other buildings. FOP only applies from camera positions on the ground and public access. (Die Aufnahme von einem anderen Gebäude aus ist nicht zulässig) Amada44 talk to me 13:40, 18 October 2010 (UTC)
