Infringement of personality rights. The fictual figure "Atze Schröder" is owned by Hubertus A. who has already sued German publishing houses to not publish the owner's real name; the court has agreed with him [1]. - The person is German and the German article does not name him because of personality rights; he has already sued WMDE for naming his real name (but he has recalled it after his real name had been removed from the article). Not this extract itself is a problem, but publishing it. Maybe instad of deletion an alert that it must not be included in German Wikipedia articles is also sufficient.
