  • The subject of the photograph is a very common, commercial ceramic on brick probably made in North Africa (artifact that recalls the most elaborate, famous ceramics from Santo Stefano di Camastra and ceramics from Caltagirone, typical respectively of the northern coast and the center of Sicily, widespread and qualitatively recognized all over the world). The cheap production, the massive imports, the very low construction costs and the competitive prices to the public, the stereotyped subjects in large series of the works in question, therefore exclude that character of uniqueness which would give them the right to any exclusive Copyright. Nevertheless, they take on particular relevance in the context of Tonnarella, because they constitute an indisputable and graceful decorative element of the delightful locality marina. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Effems (talk • contribs) 14:56, 23 July 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Deleted: per nomination. Despite mass-production or cheap cost, the design is still artistic and therefore protected. --Jonatan Svensson Glad (talk) 14:51, 16 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
