- Hi Nat1991. Please try to remember to sign your talk page posts. You can find out how to do that at en:WP:TILDE. Even though Commons and Wikipedia are technically separate project, much of the software used for both sites runs the same way. As for the photo, it appears to come from Twitter and maybe it used on other websites as well. This means that Commons is going to need verification that the copyright holder of the photo (the copyright holder is typically the person who takes the photo, not the person being photographed) has given their explicit consent for the photo to be uploaded under a free license that Commmons accepts.
