- The freedom must be proved not vice versa. 1) Could you provide official act that established this composition as official/state music symbol?
2) Following which you must proved that neighbouring (related) rights for recording and performance are expired.Neighbouring (related) rights expired on 2013 (+50 years from recording) and 2018 (on Kobzon's death).
